Having sailed on more than 100 cruises, Shanny specializes in coordinating seamless group travel experiences from planning through departure for all travel on land and at sea.
She oversees the travel logistics for Dailey Travels’ pickleball cruises, combining her expertise, attention to detail, and passion for travel to ensure every guest can focus on what matters most—great destinations, great pickleball, and an unforgettable experience.

Mike “Sleeves” Sliwa serves as Chief Pickleball Experience Officer (CPEO) for Dailey Travels, bringing his unmistakable personality, deep connection to the pickleball community, and passion for the game to every experience.
As the creator and host of Sleeves’ Senior Pickleball Report, Mike is a recognized voice in pickleball—covering the people, products, and conversations shaping the sport, particularly within the 50+ community.
As CPEO, Sleeves helps shape the onboard pickleball experience for Dailey Travels, connecting players, personalities, and the culture of the sport to create experiences that are as much about community and camaraderie as they are about competition.
Jacqueline Naranjo serves as Executive Assistant for Dailey Travels and is the organizational force helping keep the team—and all of its moving pieces—on track. From coordinating schedules and communications to supporting day-to-day operations, Jacqueline brings efficiency, attention to detail, and a calm, can-do approach to everything she handles.
Often affectionately tasked with “keeping us all in line,” she helps ensure the team stays organized, connected, and focused on creating exceptional experiences for the Dailey Travels community.
Yenny Pinilla serves as International Sports Director for Dailey Training International and leads the ELS & Sports Academy at Eckerd College, guiding international student-athletes through a complete on-court and off-court development experience. A former Colombian National Team point guard for 17 years and a postgraduate Sports Management specialist, she brings elite playing experience and proven leadership to every program.
With 20+ years of coaching, Yenny is one of Colombia’s most respected voices in youth basketball development, with coaching roles across the Bogotá Basketball League and top universities, plus experience with the Colombian Senior Women’s National Team staff.
She also supports global development through FIBA Foundation initiatives, including Her World, Her Rules, and serves as a Basketball For Good Facilitator—known throughout the basketball community as “La Dama del Baloncesto.”
